Alexi Hunter creates a selection of Flava vases. After handblowing and shaping, each piece is then sandblasted for a unique matte finish. Each vase is then rubbed with a protective glass coating that creates a lustre finish. As each piece is one-of-a-kind, the mouth, colour and shape vary slightly.

As each of these items are individually handmade, each piece will vary slightly in placement of colour and size.

Glass artist Mischka Alexi Hunter has been blowing glass at his Kingston Glass Studio and Gallery since 2006. Much of his work is inspired by childhood memories from his family's Ontario farm.
