Free standard shipping comes off automatically at checkout on eligible orders over $250 in Canada, or over US$250 in the United States (before taxes and fees). No promo code needed. This is a web-exclusive offer. Parcels eligible for free shipping are usually delivered in 1-10 business days, depending on stock availability and shipping destination. Free shipping applies when the shipping rate is C$40 or less in Canada, or C$45 or less to the contiguous U.S. If the shipping rate is higher, the regular rate applies.
FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- The free-shipping minimum includes merchandise and gift certificates, but excludes gift wrap charges and taxes. Promotional coupons and discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility.
- Certain items are not eligible for Free Shipping based on their size.
- Items shipping to some remote postal codes are not eligible for Free Shipping.
- Cancelling items may affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
- Offer applies to deliveries within Canada and US only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.

If extra shipping charges are required for your order we'll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
